In case of loss or damage, the laundry will be liable for no more than 5 times the listed cleaning price or 10 times the listed dry-cleaning price of the article in question. Any claim must be made within 24 hours of the return of the article to the hotel from the laundry and must be accompanied by the article and the original laundry docket. Any article on which claims are made will be permanently retained by the laundry. The laundry is not responsible for: a) buttons and ornaments that cannot stand cleaning or pressing or
b) shrinkage, stretch or wear and tear normally resulting from the process of cleaning.
